Malawi Vice President Saulos Chilima Killed In Plane Crash
the news of Malavi's vice-president along with nine other state official missing broke on the internet. Malavi's office of the president said that Chilima was aboard on a Malavi defense force aircraft that left Lilongwe at 9.17 am on 10th June. Following this, the official statement stated that efforts were made to connect with the aircraft. However, air traffic control lost contact with the aircraft and it disappeared from Radar a short time later. According to the official statement, the aircraft was scheduled to land at Zuzu International Airport at 10.02 am on 10th June. Chilima, who was 51, had been vice-president since 2014.
